This Privacy Policy describes how Mirascope, Inc. ("Mirascope," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://duramata.com/ (the "Website") or use the Lilypad application (the "App"). Where applicable law requires consent for particular processing, we will request it separately.

Description of Users
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website ("Visitors") and individuals who sign up to access and use our App ("Users"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service.
Information We Process
1. Google Workspace Data
If you connect a Google account, Lilypad may access email messages and related metadata, including senders, recipients, and attachments; calendar events and related metadata, including attendees; and authorization information, depending on the permissions you grant and features you use. We use this information only to provide or operate user-facing features you request, such as finding and organizing information, generating responses, and creating or managing communications and calendar events. Relevant information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including AI service providers, solely to provide those features or for security or legal-compliance purposes permitted by Google’s policies. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We prohibit human access to Google Workspace data except with your affirmative permission, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when the data is aggregated and used for permitted internal operations in accordance with applicable law and Google’s policies.
2. App and Connected-Service Data
We process information you submit to the App, including conversations, instructions, files, saved context, and integration credentials or authorization tokens. When you connect a third-party service, we may access information available through that service—such as messages, events, contacts, files, records, and associated metadata—depending on the integration, permissions you grant, and features you use. We may also perform actions in connected services at your direction.
3. Account and Contact Information
When you create an account, contact us, or sign up for communications, we collect identifiers such as your phone number, email address, name, authentication information, and any messages you send us. We use this information to manage your account, verify your identity, and communicate with you.
4. Billing and Transaction Data
If you purchase a paid subscription or credits, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Mirascope receives associated transaction and subscription metadata (such as billing zip code, payment status, and subscription tier) to maintain your account.
5. Analytics and Technical Data
When you use the Website or App, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical data using cookies, pixels, and standard web logging. Analytics and operational event data may be associated with your account or device and may include identifiers, feature interactions, diagnostic information, device and browser details, IP address, and referral or subscription information.
AI Processing
To provide Lilypad’s AI features, we and our AI service providers process your prompts, conversations, saved context, files, and relevant information from connected services. We use this information to provide, operate, secure, and support the AI features you request.
We do not use Google Workspace data to develop, train, or improve generalized AI models, and we require third-party service providers that process such data on our behalf to comply with applicable use restrictions.
Disclosures of Information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We disclose information to service providers that help us provide the service, including providers of cloud infrastructure, data storage, AI processing, authentication, integrations, analytics, communications, security monitoring, customer support, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf in accordance with their agreements with us and applicable law.
- Legal Compliance and Safety: We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; to investigate fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Mirascope, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. Any recipient will remain subject to applicable law and existing restrictions governing the information. We will provide notice or obtain consent when required, including explicit prior consent before transferring Google user data in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- At Your Direction: We disclose information when you direct us to interact with a third-party service, person, or other recipient, or when you use sharing or collaboration features.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.
Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the service. Retention depends on factors such as the type and sensitivity of the information, the duration of your account, legal requirements, and operational needs.
- Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we begin deleting or de-identifying associated information from active systems, subject to legal obligations, security needs, and limited retention in backups and records that cannot immediately be removed. We also instruct applicable service providers to process deletion requests as required by our agreements and applicable law.
- Integration Revocation: Disconnecting or revoking access to an integration (such as Google) stops future access. It may not automatically delete information previously incorporated into conversations, saved context, files, logs, or backups. You may delete that information through Lilypad’s available account controls or by contacting us.
Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain uses or disclosures; or appeal our decision. You may submit a request through the App or by contacting us at support@duramata.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Analytics providers may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or services. Because there is no uniform standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we recognize applicable opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, and obtain consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.
Security & International Transfers
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure.
Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Mirascope or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required by applicable law, we use recognized legal safeguards for international transfers.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe an individual under 18 has provided personal information directly to us in violation of this Policy, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when changes are material. We will obtain consent before applying a materially different use to previously collected information when required by law or applicable platform policies.
